They arrived when promised, quickly assembled their equipment, pre-treated some problem areas (prior to cleaning the carpet), thoroughly cleaned the carpet, and applied stain protector to three bedrooms, a hallway and large living room in just two hours. This included moving several pieces of furniture and reinspecting their work before removing their equipment and replacing the furniture. The carpet looks almost brand new and the cleaning operation brought the carpet nap back to a level close to when it was new. I have used regular carpet cleaning machines on my carpet in the past. I was left with a very wet carpet and a soapy residue that had always bothered me. I was told that it was a low moisture process and would be dry in one hour and that was music to my ears.
